Return Policy

 

All purchases are final and non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

•  The artwork arrived damaged.

 

Return requests must be submitted within 5 working days of receipt of the order. Return requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted. Be careful to keep the original packaging.

 

Here is the return procedure:

1. Email us within 5 working days of receiving the artwork to request a return.

2. Include supporting photos clearly showing the damage.

3. We will confirm the return request and shipping information once the photos are examined.

4. Return the artwork in the original packaging.

5. You will receive a refund within 15 working days of receipt of the returned artwork.

6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.
